Gavin Beere

Gavin has served on national and  international conference committees for 14 years. As a member of the  Business Partners Team for the New Zealand Principals’ Federation he possesses adept skill in assisting  with managing the complexities of business partner and exhibitor needs. These complexities include balancing the sponsorship profile of the hosting body with local commitments and ensuring exhibitors have adequate exposure and feel a valued participant in any event. He regularly presents at these conferences and in other commercial settings as business partners require. 

His strong business acumen and creative commitment to invigorating each new conference with original thinking is evident. Customising the entertainment experience is also a speciality, taking into consideration, the wide range of delegate profiles. 

 He has also developed deft sensibilities in relation to being culturally responsive to the the many different cultural backgrounds of potential delegates.

 He is a collaborative and aspiration conference team member who is genuinely excited by hosting an ICP conference in his own motu.
